The Oversight Committee consists of eleven members appointed by the following organizations:

Board for Judicial Administration: Judge Lesley Allan, Chelan County Superior Court
Judge Erik Rohrer, Clallam County District Court
Washington Supreme Court:   Barbara C. Clark (attorney, Skagit County)

Senate Democratic Caucus: Senator Adam Kline (D-Seattle)
Governor:  Judge Paul Bastine, Spokane County Superior Court (Ret.)
