In 2001 the Washington Supreme Court established a Task Force on Civil Equal Justice Funding.  Chaired by Justice Charles W. Johnson, the Task Force conducted the state's first study of unmet civil legal needs and issued a series of reports and recommendations related to the provision of civil legal aid services in Washington State.  The following reports were prepared and published by the Task Force.

Task Force on Civil Equal Justice Funding, Final Report (5/2004)

On January 17, 2008, the Office of Civil Legal Aid provided the Washington State Bar Association's Board of Governors with an update on its activities.  Here is the WSBA Update PowerPoint.
